• constraints
• expected output schema
• verification expectation
• stop conditions
• escalation rules
• approval requirement

Rules

• do not dump the whole parent thread into every worker
• preserve goals, constraints, and success criteria
• keep packets compact and explicit
• prefer linked artifacts over repeated prose when possible
